Easy to assemble, inexpensive and well built. Easy to assemble, I heard some reviews saying this was hard to assemble and I couldn’t disagree more. It probably took me about 15 mins and that’s only because I put the piece of the handle with the chute crank on facing the wrong direction. To the other users complaining that they think they got a used unit from a seller. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made

Inefficient, a shovel is as easy I purchased this just to use on our front walk and small concrete pad in front of our 2 car garage. The only way this item will ever be effective, is if we get a perfectly even snowfall (no ripples/drifts) that is powdery and there is also absolutely no breeze whatsoever. (These conditions never exist where I live.) The thrower doesn’t throw far enough–some snow is deposited immediately next to the thrower, and the tiniest breeze will blow the snow back.
